Our services are available to individuals who are aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. You must provide accurate, honest, and complete information during your consultation. We reserve the right to decline treatment or withdraw services if we believe the information provided is inaccurate or if treatment is not clinically appropriate for you.
Weight loss medications are only suitable for individuals who meet specific clinical criteria, including body mass index (BMI) thresholds. Our prescribing pharmacist will assess your eligibility before any prescription is issued.
All prescriptions issued through Pharmacy Weight Loss Derby are issued by a GPhC-registered pharmacist following an independent clinical assessment. Prescriptions are issued solely at the professional discretion of our pharmacist and may be declined if treatment is deemed unsuitable or unsafe for you.
Prescriptions issued are valid only for the medication, dose, and duration specified. You must not share, transfer, or misuse any medication dispensed to you. Repeat prescriptions are subject to ongoing review and are not guaranteed.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your health, medication, or medical history. Failure to do so may affect the safety and suitability of your treatment.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is taken at the point of order; however, your prescription is not confirmed until it has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist. If your prescription is declined following clinical assessment, a full refund will be issued promptly to your original payment method.
We use secure, encrypted payment processing. We do not store your full card details on our systems.
Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day. Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including postal delays or adverse weather conditions.
Medication is dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe delivery arrangement is in place. We cannot be held responsible for medication that is lost or damaged after delivery has been confirmed.
If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.
You may cancel your order before your prescription has been approved and dispatched. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible by email or telephone. A full refund will be issued where cancellation is received before dispensing has taken place.
Once medication has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds, as returned medicines cannot be resold or reused in accordance with pharmaceutical regulations. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will resolve the matter promptly.
